Hello madam, Your vitamin D is very low.   You need to expose yourself to early morning sunlight for 20 minutes daily. Joint pains, fatigue, low mood are common in people with low vitamin D. You can consult a nearby homeopath or me here in Jayanagar Bangalore.
Health Tips
Take calcium rich diet.

Hi , as per your question you are severe deficient in vitamin d. This is not of much worry but in long term deficiency, it may affect your immunity and health.  So start recovering the levels.  You can go for any cholecalciferol 60k IU tab or powder. It is to be taken once a week and for 8 doses.
Next Steps
