Is there a 100% definitive treatment in homeopathy for bartholin abscess(cyst which is painfull) Or not? Kindly say.. Or surgery is the only option for cyst which is painfull?? Can homeopathy really cure it and stop recurrences as well??

Dear doctor, My wife is 32 years old and suffering heavy pain while passing motion since 15 days. She is crying sometimes. We went to doctor and he told us piles and gave Lactulose solution  for 10 days and told us come back after few days. Then again we went and he told us that it is fisher. Again he told us to continue the same solution and she is using the same. Today she is suffering heavy pain. Doctor is not available today.
