Hello doctor,I am a postpartum mother.i am on bacth flower medicine for 1 week for my racing thought and thanthophobia.this issue I got after delivery with all physical symptoms.almost 1.5 yrs.scared to take medicine bz of side effects and my thoughts.i know thought s are just thoughts,but when come to Survival mode it's difficult to think it's just a thought..so I always in constant fear.i can't convince it's my just anxiety... finally I decided go for bacth remedies as follows White chestnut Aspin Gentian Clement Rock rose After taking I feel sleepy.may be bz of alcohol content I don't know I feel my thoughts and fear are same.is there any side effects?.theses remedies harm for physical systems??how these will reduce my emotions ?is there any remedies available with out alcohol content.plz me doctor.
