After my acl sprain I feel my knee clicking and knee shape also change so what I do in homeopathy any medicine to treat this problem

I feel nausea  getting up car and bus due to bad smell inside car and bus. I can't tolerate any strong smell also , get headache . I feel severe nausea vertigo headache as soon as bus and car start running and after going small distance vomiting . And nausea headache continue for 12 hours to next day . This problem is since childhood and now I am 28 years old male. And for that reason I can't go out and I can't study . I consulted many good allopathy and homeopathy doctor allergic specialist. But they all told as you can't tolerate the smell inside bus and car so you have nothing other than avoid it. So, I have nothing to do .

I have neuropathy pain. I am dibetic patient from more than 1 year. From six months I am facing pain in my soles of the feet and fingers with hand fingers.

Is there cure of depression and mania in homeopathy? Or any other natural way to treat depression???

My description( history of my disease) was not completed in last question. Continuing with the last one, So, I took shorter regimen just for 15 days as I was getting worse. I left taking medicines in January 22. After searching so many doctors, I came to know a doctor who is practicing Ayurveda since 40 years. I went to them on 2  feb 22, since then, it has been almost 100 days of taking ayurveda. I just wanna know that Should I start Homeopathic along with ayurveda for better and fast results. My height is 5'1" and weight is 42-44kg. I have no symptoms like MDR TB and neither I am having any problem. It is in my reports. And I talked to homeopathic doctor, He said there is no treatment in of TB in homeopath. I actually want a genuine answer as I am very much worried about my health now.
