If a medicine is prescribed for one month and dose is once in 3 days then will the medicine go on for 3 months to complete 30 doses?

Hi, I am taking homeopathy treatment for Alopecia Areata for last 2 months. I am not seeing any results. Doctor has said results will be seen after 3-4 months. I have a patch on my eyebrows. How much time will it take to cure? Is this condition is permanently treated using homeopathy? Please suggest.

I have allergy rhinitis and tonsillitis since 1.5 yrs. I have swelling inside my nose, Don't know the specific allergy. in skin prick test - they give 3 number for dust and fungus, told me that they couldn't find significant allergy in this test. Having stiffness in neck and upper back.Muscles getting tired when using it like using computer or anything. Feels like tendon pain in wrists and feet and ankles Sometimes feels like nerve pain and sometimes muscle.
