Hello doctors. I'm a 36 year old single, working woman. For the past few days I have been having some pain on the left side of my left breast which hurts only when something hits it or if I tap on the place. I normally sleep turning to the left side. This winter when it was horribly cold I slept in a completely round way such that somehow the bone of my hand fell on the left side of my breast. Following that, I have been consistently hurt there, by other people's elbows when I board crowded public buses. Now there is a brownish mark there, similar to a blood clot mark and hurts when something hits the clot like mark/if I stretch a lot or if there is any jerking of the vehicle I'm using to reach the office. I have checked but there is no pimpling/orange peel like texture/redness or any other external swelling. Although I never noticed before but it seems now the left breast is marginally larger than the right one. Now my question is should I be worried? What should I do? Any medicines?

If someone takes Antimonium Crudum for a very long time, can it cause any issues. If someone takes it for mental issues, can the medicine induce mental issues if used long term?
