Hey, it’s okay. this is actually a very common and usually harmless thing, so first of all, nothing is “wrong” with you. Let me explain it calmly, When you don’t ejaculate for several days or a week, your body keeps producing sperm and seminal fluid. This can lead to temporary congestion in the testes, epididymis, and prostate. That congestion can cause: Dull, aching pain or heaviness in the testicles Discomfort in the lower abdomen or groin A feeling of pressure or fullness This is often called “epididymal congestion” (people casually call it blue balls). It’s not dangerous, and it does not damage fertility or sexual health. Why it happens: Sexual arousal without release increases blood flow Seminal fluid builds up Nerves become more sensitive The pressure causes pain until it settles A few important reassuring points: You don’t have to ejaculate regularly for health The body can reabsorb sperm naturally The pain usually goes away on its own It does not mean infection or weakness Things that usually help: Time (the discomfort fades naturally) Warm bath or gentle relaxation Light physical activity or walking Reducing prolonged sexual arousal without release. Many men experience this at some point, especially young adults. Your body is just responding to normal physiology.

It sounds like you’re experiencing a dull, heavy ache in the scrotum—something many men experience when there is a long gap between "releases." While uncomfortable, it’s usually not a cause for panic, though there are a few specific things that could be causing it. The Most Likely Cause: Epididymal Hypertension:When you become aroused, blood flow to the genitals increases significantly. Additionally, sperm and fluids accumulate in the epididymis (the tube behind the testicle). If this arousal lasts for a long time—or if the body builds up fluid over a long period without ejaculation—the blood vessels remain dilated and the pressure in the epididymis increases.  Other Potential Causes If the pain isn't just a temporary ache, it could be related to: 1.Varicocele: These are enlarged veins in the scrotum (similar to a varicose vein in the leg). They can cause a dull ache that gets worse after long periods of standing or physical exertion. It often feels like a "bag of worms."  2.Epididymitis: An inflammation or infection of the epididymis. This usually comes with redness, swelling, or pain during urination.  3.Spermatocele: A fluid-filled cyst that develops in the epididymis. These are usually painless but can cause a sense of heaviness if they grow large.

Health Tips
Following things can be done: 1.Ejaculation: This is the most direct "cure." Masturbation or sexual intercourse typically provides almost immediate relief by releasing the built-up fluid and signaling the blood vessels to constrict. 2.A Warm Bath: This helps relax the scrotal muscles and can improve circulation to ease the pressure. 3.A Cold Compress: If there is actual swelling or a sharp "hot" ache, an ice pack (wrapped in a towel) can help constrict the blood vessels

Well, this is not a serious issue, when you don't ejaculate, the unused sperm is broken down and absorbed back into the body.. nothing is serious about it..But yes if you are experiencing pain  in the balls ,then it can be due to Epididymal hypertension.,due to which the pain frequently arises, and causes discomfort & aching feel in the testicles, due to prolonged blood congestion.... For further queries you can connect online, and i will resolve your problem..try it out.Stay healthy and safe 👍🏻😊.

Pain in the testicles when unable to ejaculate is most commonly caused by epididymal hypertension, a temporary condition resulting from prolonged sexual arousal without ejaculation. It occurs due to blood buildup in the epididymis and testes. Or it may be due to ejaculatory  duct obstruction, epididymitis, a varicocele or cyst. Consult online for your concern
