Ecg is attached. It says non specific T wave abnormality. What does it mean and could you please suggest some further tests if they are necessary?

There are so many cases of young healthy individuals dying of heart attack. A 22year old healthy man whom I knew died. Only thing that explains this is the 2 doses of vaccine he has taken. Otherwise absolutely no issues. How do we catch this early? How to diagnose this? What are the tests to determine if I am being affected by this too?
