Hello , my name is Aryan and my age is 24. When I have a meal, my heart rate increase, it may be under 90. Average resting heart rate is 65-72 and after meal it may increase to 90. ECG and echo is done , they both are normal. But I am anxious about this thing. Should I visit gastroenterologist?

I have a mild fatty stomach and fatty liver issue. I cannot sleep left side as I feel sudden heart issue. If I climb 3 Rd flood , I feel breatheless. And my father had CABG surgery triple vessel block. Lipoprotein : 3.7 HS CRP: 1.62

Hello doctor,I am 34 years old working in an IT company, I use to wear smart watch to find out my sleeping percentage and BPM, i could see for couple of weeks my BPM goes to 47 during early morning while sleeping. I have also taken ECG which came as normal. I don't drink or smoke. Should I worry on this. How should I confirm whether I don't have any cardiac issue. Thanks in advance!

My blood pressure is 120/80, pulse rate is between 75-100. I have pain in heart. Is it any symptom of heart issue or only gas. Because I have acidity. Please advise.

I first realised about my high BP about 2 years ago when I visited family doctor and he put me on Telma 40. I have been taking it since then, however I miss taking it at the same time everyday. Have not felt any issues as such as I stopped monitoring BP. I for a change monitored my BP couple of days ago and it showed around 140/90 and is within 135/85 to 145/90 range. What could be the issue even when I'm taking Telma 40? Realised I haven't been living an active lifestyle over couple of months or so. But, could that be such a big reason to have 140/90 BP even after taking BP meds (Telma 40)?

I am attaching my echo test result which was done on 1st nov 21. Got this done as my ecg had variations. Want to understand how long is this valid for? Also i have gastric issues due to which i get scared sometime because of the cramps that i experience. Im obese & my triglycerides were high i play badminton everyday. Smoking regularly occassional drinker. Kindly suggest. Thanks in advance

Dear Sir, I have been suffering from persistent on and off chest pain and dizziness for quite some time 6-7 months. I have gone through Stress Echocardiogram which comes negative and recently in January I went through CTCA. The report for which is attached. It has also come negative according to reports. Then why this pain. Why does it mimic angina ? And secondly My CTCA doesn't show percentage type blockage 10-20-30%. It just says there is no oblivious plaque or blockage. Please guide.

Dear doctor Since morning i am suffering from palpitations about 120 at resting and acidity and feeling chest heaviness and breathlessness. Is it due gas and acidity or something else. My cholesterol is about 198 and ldl cholesterol is 131 And hdl is 49 my feb 2021 report is normal and echo and holter monitoring report in june 2021 is also normal. Now i have taken pantakind- dsr.
