Hello Doctor, I am under heavy stress since 2 months. Please advice me how to reduce stress and i have attached my 02 levels and heart rate. It is showing 98 oxygen level, heart rate - 85 and blood pressure is 128/85. Are these parameters normal or not? Thanks 🙏

Is the above report is ok can i do my regular activities and i didn't understand about my IVS-21MM , PWD 20mm

I am diagnosed with mild AR(3rd valve), how risky is that? Is surgery the only cure for it? Can it be treated with medication? Along with that I'm diagnosed with allergic bronchitis too.
