Hello doctors. Doctors from the past 2.5 years I am taking metpure xl 50 for my tachycardia problem. My starting dose was 25mg. But a week before I got dizziness and another doctor changed my metpure xl 50 dose to metpure xl 12.5mg. But again after a week I am feeling tachycardia. So should I increase my dose to 25mg or 50mg now or switch to some other medicine ?

My daughter asd device a year back and since then her weight gain was only 1kg more.her echo reports were all fine. She is on additional nutritional diet but still weight gain is just 100grms per month. I dont know what to do?

I would like to know , from the report, mild mr is normal or not, will it cause any serious problem in future, i am non smoker, non drinker & vegetarian.
