My heart beat becomes suddenly very high what should I do at that  instant so that i could decrease my heartbeat and i have already done all the medical procedure it shows everything right

Hi dr i have done lal blood and urjne test and ECG, TMT, ECHO Scan all was normal. I was under medication for migraine since one year and stopped medicine one month back, I am feeling this herat palpitation since many months . But all my reports are normal.
