Is vsd close spontaneously or need surgery or device closure. ? What is the position of vsd close to velve or not?

VSD AND ASD need surgery or device closer? My son is 1 month old. Please read report and suggest me is there any immediate attention or we wait for some time.

Gudafternoon, I have generalized anxiety disorder for like 4 years. Stopped medications after feeling better. Did ecg results today was feeling quite nervous and also had anxiety and stress and sleep deprivation. Ecg results were abnormal. After few minutes it was borderline high. So gad affects ecg when you are anxious?

Can any pediatrician cardiologist tell me that subaortic vsd can't close itself? Will it need open heart surgery?

Hi, I am a 27 years old IT professional For past two-three months I have been noticing random palpitations. Or sometimes I feel like something is travelling up my throat very fast and then vanishing, the first few times when it happened, I got my ecg done which came out to be normal. But since then I have been feeling palpitations every now and then. Like today, after a week (while I was talking)I felt like something travelled up my throat for a second and then vanished, then I felt my heartbeat louder, I panicked for a while them calmed myself down later. I want to know if this is something serious and should be checked properly? Or is it a normal thing? And what can I do to make it better. Also, as a background I have been suffering from stress and anxiety for past one year and this palpitations used to occur only during anxiety previously but now it also happens when I am doing my regular work. Please suggest.

I am having chest pain from last 5 months. It's all different type, sometimes I have a pin like pain sometimes like a tingling sensation, sometimes feels like pressure while lying down. Mostly this pain occurs at night while I go to sleep and if I walk or take deep breaths the pain reduces and heart palpitations go away. I have consulted multiple doctors. ECG, Blood test, Stress test are all normal. Can anyone advise me.
