Hi, My father had a Bypass Surgery 12 weeks ago. Recently, 10 days back he is facing pain around chest. And it happens mostly when he sit straight or forward leaning position. If he sit little bit leaning backwards pain reduces. As he noticed it doesn't seems related to heart. We visited hospital too. On check up X-Ray & Eco (Ecardiography) reports, are fine (test performed last week). Please suggest what could be reason for the pain ?

I had mi on may 25th midnight, tenectplase is given and pci done after 5days, 95percent blockage at LAD by the time of mi my lvef is 40 and now after 3months lvef 30 , will ef keep on decreasing? Is there any chance that i will improve?
