Hi, I have got bp since 2017 and having meds(cinod and nebicard). Till Recently I got married bp been normal. After marriage put on weight of excess 10kgs in a year, since then bp got spiked to 140-150/90-95. I have also started doing physical activity and diet control. Along with that should I change the medications too??

Hello doctors! I am attaching tmt report, In the report tmt negative is mentioned, but one doctor told this is positive tmt. Is it a strongly positive tmt? Cardiologist then conducted echo test which came normal. He told me nothing to worry. I want to know is there anything to worry about in this tmt? Please answer my query it's really important for me. Hey I have attached my father's regular lipid profile test checkup reports.. I just wanted to know that my father is a diabetic and is already having two pills for diabetes and as I can see in the report his lipid profile is all messed up.. so I wanted to know how can I reduce his ldl without medications bcoz he is very much afraid of medications by god's grace he have never got any attack and all but still in his regular body checkup all are above borderline which made me a little bit worry.I have stopped his ghee consumption totally and he is a. Very active worker he walks daily all 7 days fir an hour but still I can't understand how his cholesterol and all is so high.. pls can you cardiologists give some natural methods through which his heart remains healthy...

Hello doctor I am 35 years old, I had done 3 stage echo tmt just 2 months ago, all the reports were normal. Once tmt and echo are done, for how long it is not needed again.

Hello sir I'm here to inform you that as per my daily routine , I do a brick walk for 30 min and no pain during a brick walk and after brick walk running for 15 min but after running about 700 m pain happens in the chest, pain is like a bone pain, but continue running pain is gone... I did a TMT last month and the report was negative My highest pulse rate after running was 155 But after running and taking rest for 1/2 hour my pulse rate is still 94-96 Which type of pain is happening while running and  why my pulse rate is above 90 ?
