I have been having mild chest pains since past few weeks so have done CT Angiography as per suggestions by specialist..could you please help with interpretation of attached report

Hii, Iam 25 year old female . I am having pain in my left breast (chest) since morning.  Means I am getting more and more pain while breathing in. I thought it was gas, so I took the gas tablet (pentoprazole Gastro - Resistant tablet IP 40mg).  I also drink Eno. There is no effect, the pain is the same.  And the pain is getting worse while bending forward or while sitting.

Sir my friend ecg shows in diagnosis sinus rhythm prolonged p wave sir is it normal or any abnormal please suggest my friend sir .

I have anxiety and high gastric problems. Something post lunch when i go out in the sun and walk 1km or climb steps i feel that the heart rate is too high with high BP. But after 15 minutes it feels.ok better. Is lunch, gastric issue co related with my walk (high rate)?

I am always feeling nurvous and anxiety. And sometimes feels short of breathness request you for any medical treatment. Taking BP medicines earlier Triolmizest 40mg, then used Telma AM (40+5) and now again using Triolmizest 20mg. Pls help me .

Hi Doctors TMT test can detect future heart related pblm?tmt ECO ECG and lipid profile are normal.does it means heRt is working absolutely fine right?
