Heart Problems & Remedies
Anxiety for heart attack
I'm having anxiety related heartattack & have seen few heartattack news of people dying at a very young age recently, and I am overthinking about every chestpain I have. I'm writing to confirm If I'm okay or if i need to get heart checked.I sometimes feel slight pain in the musle of my chest on top right side more towards neck. But it never stays for too long.I get bloated and acidity so it could be the reason, also my chest(mostly breast muscles)have been hurting for a week before I got my period. And i had left shoulder pain and left arm pain earlier but I have also had bad posture and I write a lot(I'm a student), and constantly being on my laptop and all has caused strain to my left shoulder. But my anxiety makes me think these are all symptoms of impending heart attack.2 days back i felt i was getting lightheaded maybe because of anxiety, but i had no chest pain nothing but i got scared. Please suggest if i should get my heart checked or not. I'm kinda overweight as well, hence worried.

Anxity or Arrhythmia
I am male 23 years old, last year during September I had an episode of depression(4 month medication till February 2022) and now I am fully recovered but since October I am having palpitations and tightness in chest I did ECG and Echo and the doctor told me that it's normal but I feel palpitations on noon most of the times and I thinkg ECG missed my episode of palpitation and hence it was normal I want to know if it's arrhythmia which is not persistent or it is my involuntarily anxity (as I am not feeling any depression)
