Sir I have increased Heart rate which I can feel  after I climb Stairs uptill 2nd Floor ?? Sir is it normal Or What is the problemb ??

I am 32 yrs, and I get chest pain very soon when I get angry and shout or cry, fear I am suffering from this for nearly 6 months, 2 days before, also today I suffered the same. My ECG and ECHO TMT were all normal. NO palpitation, or SOB, but I get a lot of belching with epigastric pain. Am taking 2 pantocid tablets nowadays. It causes me to fear that I am getting a heart attack. My instinct feels like something is not right at all. It makes me worry. After getting this pain I am becoming more silent.

Hii, This is my ECG report can you check and let me know, it is normal. Actually I have problem I can't able to take normal breathing, always I take deep breathing , so I wanted to know what was the issue with me.

Can brain damage due to temporary spike in blood pressure cause hypertension I had temporary spike in bp 160/100 it had effected brain too much I can feel will this go away once brain is normal I'm currently on meds?

My bp around 120/75 Non smoker Attached my lipid profile test result Total chol -194 LDL 115 HDL 40 TG- 240 Should I start taking medicine? Or exercise /diet ?

Cardiologist has increased the dosage of Concor 2.5 to 5mg a week back. Feeling difficulty in breathing from yesterday. I never had any asthma type problems in the past. Could it be due to Concor. But BP and heart rate is normal after taking Concor. Consulted a physician who suggested to change Bisoprolol to Diltiazem or other suitable after consulting with the cardiologist who prescribed Concor

Since past 3 months I can feel heaviness and minor pain on both sides of chest but pain goes automatically it's not consistent but heaviness is still there but I can do my regular activities without any issues. I can run ,take stairs, breathing exercises and also I am tracking my daily walks. Everyday I walk for almost 1 hr without any issues. 2 months ago I consulted cardiologist and he asked me to go for stress test, lipid test and few more blood test and all my reports were normal and he said it is not related to your heart and asked me to join the gym but heaviness in my chest still present even after 3 months of consultation from cardiologist. While coughing I can feel that heaviness but it is not consistent whole day as well. Can someone please suggest me the treatment for my weak chest and how I can get rid of this heaviness on my chest.

My mother who is 81 years ols suffered an heart attack in June 2020. She was put of following medicines since than under the supervison of cardiologist. Lipikind cv 10/75, Dytor plus 5 half, Razo 20, Metolar xr 12.5, Angiplat 2.5. She is for the past few months feeling dizziness, loss of appetite, fatigue in the morning only. By afternoon it is ok. Even loss of energy is there. Today nausea in stomach also. Today checked her bp in home with omron monitor. The reading fluctuated from 122/66 till 102/49, 112/57, 119/60 in a gap of one hour. Are the medication responsible. Lipid profile conducted in June has been normal. My question is whether statins decrease bp as mentioned here. Is vertigo responsible or omron electronic bp monitor has a problem .

M dad suffering from weakness..his age 82 I did a ecg ..plz suggest it's normal or not, And gives me some advice
