Please suggest me VLDL 33.4 is normal and even hdlc ratio is 5.66 ...ldlc/hdlc ratio is 4.61...LDl is 140 ... precautions to be taken care

Hi Doctors, as attached in 2d echo report my brother is having shortness of breath since 3 days and he is on ckd5 who is on dialysis. Can someone please confirm if this is some life threatening or he can be fine after proper care and treatment.

Hi dr from last year I am having occasional chest pain. For which I have done ECG many times..also done Tmt and echo last year which came normal. Sometimes I also get arm pain and upper jaw pain..for that also I have done 2 ECG 5-6 months ago which was completely normal. But then also some times I get all this. From last 4 days I am having occasional left pain. My family get frustrated of this and I get fear of cardiac event after all this...is it cardiac related?

Vibration in the left chest lasting for two to three sections. Today I did an ECG and ECO test and both tests came normal. The doctor said there was no need for medicine. But still sometimes I am getting the same feeling and how long it will take time to Stop vibration.

I have done all the reports for heart ie ecg,2d echo,stress test.all the test are normal.i feel very anxious and my heart beat is becoming very fast.is it cause of concern?? Can i have heart attack or anything??

I have been experiencing a sharp pain in the upper left side of my chest from last 5-6 days. It comes suddenly while coughing, moving or turning in bed.

My mother has Bp and sugar and little high cholesterol, suddenly yesterday she was feeling her heart was beating fast and i checked her pulse rate continuously it was between 100-115 throughout the day, today it is normal throughout the day. I went to a doctor he suggested ECG and some blood test for cholesterol and sugar. Cholesterol is little bit increased and rest all are normal. So is ECG enough to detect heart problem. Doctor is saying all things are normal but he is not able to tell the reason behind fast heart rate, Now a days heart attack cases has been increased. I'm very tense about it, that it might related to heart blockage or something??

Patient with low blood pressure readings and chest pains. Pre diagnosed with 30% blockage in LAD. Frequently experiencing hypotension. Following blood pressure readings in the electronic bp machine - 100/58 103/67 I would appreciate any helpful response other than "consult doctor" as we will be consulting the doctor tomorrow.
