Heart Problems & Remedies

I am going through some anxiety disorder from last few days.. psychiatrist asked me to take some blood report where i saw my homocysteine level is high..

My father is 58 years old and he does not have any heart issue nor dibetes and his blood preaaure remains 135/80 but he takes ximat for precausion as given by doctor. My quary is that if my father gets angry at something rarely sometime is there a chamce he will get heart attack? His echo tmt ecg all ary normal his calcium score was 0 in each valve. And only 7 in one. So does sometimes getting angry cause heart attack or stroke.

In my recent ecg report ST segment downslope & T wave inversion detected & they wrote that I have infero lateral Ischaemia. I got remedical in pre employment medical examination. I went through ECHOCARDIOGRAM & colour Doppler test.. Doctor said there is nothing to worry, and didn't provide me any Medicine.. I am totally confuse about what to do. Please guide is there ischaemia or everything is fine??

I have left side chest pain and arm pain last 6 months all report are normal Echo, ecg, tmt, pft, lungs xray everything is normal but problem not gone. Today ecg also normal please rule out my problem

Hs CRP is 1.03 and Homocysteine is 16.2 how bad is this I'm 33 years old male and obese. I am taking Telisartan for hypertension. My Total lipid level is under 150 with LDL under 100. My TMT came normal and echo shows mild LVH. Apart from that I have had CT coronary angiography 8-9 months back which shows no significant stenosis with 0 calcium score. Lately I for last 3-4 days I have been feeling dizzy and have hard time climbing stairs, chest pain after covid spells. D Dimer is 0.27. What is the reason ? Am I at the risk of CVD ?

Dear Doctors, I was having occasional left arm pain which is raising my anxiety level. Today took an ecg while having arm pain and chest tightness. 6 months back took ecg,echo,tmt,chest x ray all comes out normal. Except High BP and borderline cholestrol. Having upper back pain and chest tightness for last 9 months. But till now my chest tightness and pain in chest is not gone, consulted 6 cardiologist till date and took 6 different ecgs till date. Wat is the cause of this issue. Not able to lead normal life all the time living with fear and anxiety, How to come out from this, whether I had any heart issues or psychological problem. Attaching ECG for reference, kindly chk and tell me anything to worry in it.

I'm regularly taking my bp readings using a digital device at home. It always shows a higher number for systolic pressure for the first time and a significantly lower number for the second time, taken in just a minutes interval.eg: first reading was 143/77 and the second 131/74. which one should I consider to be the actual one?pls help.

I am a patient of anxiety about heart attack since last year.. One all investigation at that time.. All were normal... N last tmt m echo was normal in February. .. But feeling of daily chest pain remains..even today.. But today when I was swimming my whole chest was paining.. Like mild pain.. Is this normal or some cardiac issue
