Heart Problems & Remedies

Hello doctor, the attached reports for my father aged 57years. He is diabetic since 10 years and using medicines. Kindly advise on the above reports of lipid profile and hba1c test for what to be taken care in terms of medicine, food , diet etc.

Triglycerides is ---343 Total cholesterol is ---145 Hdl --------21 Ldl --------55.4 LDL -------68.6 Pls check the report 1 month before undergone Angioplasty

I did routine ecg and it says - Normal Sinus rhythm Right Bundle branch block Abnormal ecg. Ecg is attached

I am facing severe chest pain from last week at first i thought it is normal but now it's becoming severe. Please suggest

Respected Doctors, I have checked that the normal resting heart rate is 60-100. Mine hovers around 53-55. My age is 45 and i am taking BP medichine since last 25 years. Currently i take metaprolol 25 in morning and telday 40 at night. Ecg was normal. Echo revealed normal but reduced diastolic compliance. Worried about my heart rate.. Thanks. Regards, Subha

I had some shoulder pain yesterday for that I visited the doctor he asked for a ECG he said it's normal but there is nothing written it.

My mother having chest pain and jaw pain since from morning now sweatings no nausea is it heart attack having cough also during pain

Sir today I will discuss one thing that when I do brick walk a pin type pain on the right side chest corner  and after a brick walk for 30 min, I will do running after 700 m of running a pin point of the upper middle chest pain start.... And I will continue running,  and pain will continue at that point  , no pain growth or separate to other part.... Which type of pain is this?

My 2d echo report says I have mild tricudpid regurgitation and mild pulmonary Hypertension PASP by TR jet 38 mmHg does that mean I have pulmonary hypertension? Can it become moderate or severe in future

Dangerous problem...? Need urgent operation..? Thank you
