Resting Heart Rate is 54
Respected Doctors,
I have checked that the normal resting heart rate is 60-100. Mine hovers around 53-55. My age is 45 and i am taking BP medichine since last 25 years. Currently i take metaprolol 25 in morning and telday 40 at night. Ecg was normal. Echo revealed normal but reduced diastolic compliance. Worried about my heart rate..

Chest pain while running
Sir today I will discuss one thing that when I do brick walk a pin type pain on the right side chest corner and after a brick walk for 30 min, I will do running after 700 m of running a pin point of the upper middle chest pain start....
And I will continue running, and pain will continue at that point , no pain growth or separate to other part....
Which type of pain is this?
