Hi, i felt dizziness suddenly yesterday night while driving. Went to hospital, doctor checked the sugar level which 138. Since my father had heart problems, i asked to take ECG. Doctor told ECG outcome is normal. But it is having some impressions printed.
Attached the ECG report, can you please help me to understand the report.

ECG is fine. The heart rate is on the higher side probably due to anxiety.
