Hi, I'm 36 years old. I've high cholesterol. I did complete heart checkup on May 2019. Everything was normal except cholesterol. Two days before suddenly I felt dizziness and sweating while having my dinner. No chest pain or breathing issue  I went to hospital. They have done 2 different ECG with interval of 2 hours. Doctor said some changes in ECG. I've attached both. Blood Troponin was negative. Is this something serious in ECG? Should I check further for this? Please help.

Read fully and help me. During my work from home scenario, i started feel fear about corona virus then it's turned into heart attack fear. One day suddenly i got heart palpitation with mild dizziness but i could walk that time. I rushed to hospital by walking and taken ecg it's normal. After that incident i feeling very fear and nervous that i have heart attack anytime. Til i experienced 7-8 times heart palpitation and taken 6 ecg, 2 Echo, 2 tmt, 2 chext xray, thyroid and sugar test, all test time and again normal. Because of heart attack fear i can't do my daily activities.. I fear to walk I fear to lift weight I fear to do exercise I fear to climb I fear to travel I fear if get sweating I fear if get any pain left shoulder and chest Despite many reports were normal and many doctors said my heart is normal, i can't believe them and still living with heart attack fear and anytime i gonna die.. Please save me 😭😭😭😭

An Echocardiogram taken two months back showed dilation of Aortic Root and Ascending Aorta ( 45mm ). Given Metoprolol XR 25 once daily night and Cilacar 10 for morning ( Cilacar has been taking since two years ). My current blood pressure is in the range of 140/105 ( average ). Is this to be brought down further? My next consultation is after 3 months.

Hello Doctors I tested today that my right Arm blood pressure came higher as - 142/96 and my left arm BP was - 124/87. Is it a sign of a big problem? Also from many past days I am feeling depressed and have negative thoughts of every thing. I am also diagnosed with Gastric related problems LAX CARDIA EROSIVE ESOPHAGITIS(LA-A) ANTRAL EROSIVE GASTROPATHY (Reports Attached) I have been eating these medicines (attached below) from a long time but no solution till now. My wife's BP was around 160/100. Today she started Metosartan 50 mg. Today Morning was the first dose. Now in the evening she is having a headache, chest congestion. bP is 180/113. Any suggestions why it is BP is high
