Hii doctors, I am attaching one tmt report. Can you please tell me is it normal or abnormal . I have no such symptoms. Only this was done for health checkup. Ecg , Xray , lipid profile all normal. Thank you!

Had a full body health check up , ecg , stress ecg were normal but 2d echo showed diastolic dysfunction of grade 1 plus some issues in chest x ray , i do have diabetes for which i am taking medication, plus i am having my hernia operation next week is this something serious should i consult cardiologist and pulmonologist

Hi, My pulse rate at rest is in between 90 and 110 measured by pulse oxymeter. When i walk little bit it reaches upto 135. I have done ECG 2 days back and it was normal. Please suggest. Thanks

Hi, Me and my wife did HS CRP blood test. My readings are 2.84 and my wife(age 31) reading is 4.24. In the report, it is written that this test is related to cardiac veins blockage and its range is maximum 1 and above 3, it is at high risk. Our HDL and LDL cholesterol levels are on normal side. Can you please guide whether this test is too risky to be taken seriously? Thanks Ajay

Could you suggest a less expensive but equally effective  alternative brand medicine which has same drug combination, as rozagold 20 is pretty expensive and I will have to take this medication lifelong. Hi Since yesterday I'm suffering from hand pain. My both hand is paining. I'm feeling stabbing pain in neck, back and sometimes in shoulder. I also feel pain in jaw. Sometimes I feel stabbing pain near chest. I searched on Google and all these symptoms show in heart attack. I was unable to sleep at night. My maternal uncle died of heart attack 1 month ago. His age was 48 only. I'm always thinking about him. Now I'm afraid if I suffer from heart attack. Seeing so many celebrities and people around me dying in early age from heart attack making me worry. I was covid positive 1 yr ago since then my life is not same anymore .. Yesterday all of a sudden I felt dizziness and choking with all those symptoms. I'm always afraid that I'm going to die. I also suffer from serious panic attack but this time all these symptoms making me feel like I'm gonna die. What should I do? Is it really serious or it some kind of anxiety issue?
