  4. Pain in left side of chest. I do sir?

Hi sir my ecg and echo results are normal but I'm having pain in left side of the chest sometimes pain in shoulder neck and sometimes in jaw what should I do sir?My spo2 level is 97-99 and my BPM is 65-90 when I checked with the pulse oximeter
