Can i drink beer ocasionally like one or 2 pint in a month or two. Does that cause dibetes or other serious issue. Sometimes i go for 5-6 months without drinking. I am not addicted. I am 74kg 6'1 height my blood pressure remains 120/70. Resting heart rate is around 48-60 varies from sleeping to sitting. Is it okay for me to consume beer ocassionally

Good noon doctor , whenever am breathing in my chest is hurting causing sharp pain along with that am getting a feeling to go for washroom with fear of that pain done ecg and echo chest X ray  in march bcz of pain it came normal do i need to repeat again? Please reply why this pain is coming entire chest sometimes left sometimes right pain is shifting noton one sided do i need to repeat any test?

Please Suggest precautions to prevent heart attacks! Actually it's very much common now a days ! So worried ! Lipid profile is good no issues in that but actually want to know what things we should avoid (in diet as well as physical) to avoid risks of heart attack?

There are times I have noticed that my pulse rate drops to 55 whenever I don't sleep the night, rest during normal days with good sleep my heart rate is above 60s always at rest state. I don't have much symptoms but feel drowsy because of no sleep and that's it.

Hello doctor.i am mother of 2 yrs girl.i got some pain in center of the chest and under my left breast.palpitation..slight dizzy today.i am breast feeding mom still.i went to hospital today . doctor advised ecg... done it's normal I am getting frequently pain like this.but my doctor is saying to stop breast feeding.even I done echo and tmt all normal.in my ecg graph V2 look different..it's already a printer problem.. kindly look into ecg ..if u advice to repeat.i will do it again.. kindly do the needful thanks in advance
