Chest pain, muscle tightness in centre Left armpit pain, Heaviness All symptoms are for 5 min or 10 min

Hello I'm suffering from chest pain for the last 9.5 months.The pain is mild ... Done all the test like ECG and echo in the month of April and results are normal I did Tmt in the month of August 2022 and it's negative... But chest pain happens sometimes I want to discuss one thing, I m doing physical activity daily as a routine activity.. I'm doing a 30 minute brick walk then running for 1.8km and after running doing slow walking for 20 min... So all over taken 1 hr daily exercise No pain during brick walk, but running time when I cross 1.2 km pain starts not daily but sometimes... Pain is someday on the left side and some day on the right and sometimes in the middle... Should I worry about this pain or ignore it? Pain is not heavy (mild)

Hi Sir/Madam, i have done 10 ECG's 2 ECHO and 2 TMT. Everything was normal, but have left hand pain. Some times feeling scary about chest pain. My blood tests and liquid profile were normal as well. Do i need to worry about any heart related issues such as heart attack or cardiac arrest??

I am feeling stabbing pain in chest. While resting and doing anything. I got my ECG done in sept 2022 it was normal. I also have sever gastric issue. Shall i get it checked by a cardiologist?

Hello Doctors. I have tachycardia issue since 2020 and my doctor did lipid profile test on May 2022 and my LDL cholesterol level came to be 110. Other cholesterol level and reports are fine. Again I myself did LDL level test on August and it came out to be 126. My doctor is giving nebicard 2.5mg for tachycardia and suggested me to take Rozavel 10g. I have not started taking Rozavel 10g. Shall i start taking it to reduce my level? And if i start taking this will this medicine be ever stopped? Or do I need to take for the entire life time ? Kindly guide me. Yesterday I experienced a bit of lower left chest pain for around 5 minutes also was it related to cholesterol level or it was just like that only ? Kindly help me.

My father recently went angioplasty three months back and had 2 stents placed in heart. Today we went for ecg. Attached are the reports. Grateful if someone please check and help if the ecg is normal or anything needs to be worried about.
