  4. High Blood Pressure. I do in this case?

Hi All, I got my BP checked in a health checkup and it showed as below 135/96 137/98 137/99 I already eat Nexito 10, Ciplar LA 40 and Qutan 25 for anxiety related issue My Parents both have Hypertension and my mom takes Eritel LN40 Please advise what should I do in this case?
