Heavy feeling in left chest

Asked for Male, 30 Years

Feeling heavy (intermittently) in left side of chest for past15 days. No pain. No observations in ECG. BP, pulse rate, oxygen normal at all intervals. Pl suggest what can be the possible reasons.
