Sudden giddiness

Asked for Male, 31 Years

Hi, today I felt sudden giddiness. Went to doctor. They checked ear, nose and throat and told it's normal. They took sugar test which resulted 138. I asked them to take ecg because my father had heart disease. Doctor told ECG is normal. But I could see the below statements in ECG. What is the meaning of this. probable left atrial enlargement sinus tachycardia
