Hi Sir My chest pains time to time.. Also pains in the left arm, back, underarm,shoulder, neck. Heart burn , palpitations, shortness of breath, swaeting,gas. I did ECG, ECHO recently, it was normal.. Even last year it's normal. My HDL is low like 38-39mg/dL. It's every often.. People say it's muscular or anxiety.. But it's very true I am experiencing it . What could be the cause of this typical Heart Attack like symptoms.. I experience this likely a year now. Please suggest

I have done my ecg tropinin i and stress echo along with echo which was normal so does that mean my heart is healthy and I can rule out any heart disease for 5 years ?

What should i do to increase my hdl? And what is the risk factor behind such number?? I am kind of afraid.

Hi Dr, On doing ECG it shows sinus tachycardia, Dr prescribed metolar xr 25 for 30 days. My BP is normal 110/80. I have a doubt will it lower my BP. Should I continue. ? Please advice.

My LVEF reduced from 66% to 58% in 6 months, also there is grade 1 DD which was not there 6 months ago. Anything to worry?

Patient have thrombotic occlusion, Distal LCX 80 % stenosis, mid RCA 70 -80% stenosis. Primary PCI done to proximal LAD using 2.5 x 23mm XIENCE ALPINE DES. Doctor advised stage PCI to mid RCA and distal LCX at later date. Doctor allowed patient  to go home with some medicine. What is the situation of patient now? Stage PCI is better as doctor said?
