Dear sir, My mitral valve narrow.in 2020done BMV. After BMV valve 1.8 . recently i do Echo, Valve 1.4. my question is sir now need valve replacement or wait, Symptoms: shortness of breath while exertion Report Attached

My father's BP is high in range of 150-160 without medicine ,after taking medicine to control BP it came in normal range of 117-125 , but after taking medicine for more than 2 months it moved to low BP range and after stopping the medicine it again reached in higher range of 150-160. Please suggest what should we do next , what could be the possible reason ? Also his lipid profile is normal. All the medicine were taken by consulting our family Dr who is general physician MD.
