Need consultation on lipid profile test

I did a lipid profile test and need a consultation on that report. I had knee surgery in September 2023 due to an accident, and I am at home only after the accident. Also, I gained some weight during this period, and I also have a family history of cardiology. My father had an angioplasty in 2021. So that's why I did a lipid profile test. I have attached the report. Please give me some advice. Age :24 Weight: 95 Height: 5.11

Re Cardiac evaluation

I went for a Cardiac evaluation as I used to feel palpitations, chest pain sometimes. So had the Echo, TMT done along with ECGs all of which came normal. That was in November. Again, a week ago, I started feeling palpitations while sleeping and on waking up I felt burning feeling or chest pain for a few minutes and then first day the pain was mild and stayed for whole day. So I had ECG, Echo again and current cardiologist prescribed some medicines as he said it might be due to oesophageal spasm. But now after taking medicines Rabprazole 20 mg, Aurinorm-D, Flavedon MR, Neopride since the past 2 days, I am not feeling any pain on waking up from sleep. My palpitations have also become almost neglibible. So, hopefully I don't have heart problem, it might have been just gastro problem?

Use of blood thinner

My ECGs, Echo and TMT showed normal results and I was advised that CAG not required as most probably no blockages would show up. Still I was prescribed to take Ecosporin AV 150/10 along with my BP medication i.e. Dilzem CD 120 by a leading Cardiologist in another city. My BP usually remains normal and has hardly gone above 140 (mostly remains like 117 to 124 and diastolic 77 to 80) as I don't skip my bp medicine. Another DM Cardiology in city where I live currently, I consulted said we usually don't prescribe blood thinners unless a heart attack risk. Should I take the blood thinner? Is it ok to take blood thinners long term? I am confused whose advise to follow as both are DM Cardiology.
