For job, I did a routine medical health checkup(CBC,ECG,X-ray,etc.), all came out normal but my ECG shows Left Anterior Hemiblock. No BP issue. Symptoms include- back & neck tightness, gas issues, heart palpitations sometimes, always thinking of heart & anxiety issues since 3 years. Please tell me the problem with ECG. Should I worry?

I have pin point chest pain since 8 month I done ecg eco tmt 2 times and its normal But after 10 to 15 days of consultation with docter I got fear whenever chest pain's ( may be due to anxiety) Can I live worryless for 1 year after tmt eco done with this chest pain
