Hello doc, I was diagnosed with a high bo 140/90 after my mother's demise 4 months ago. Now, with medicine and lifestyle modifications it is 115/70. I asked my doc to reduce dosage He advised me to take telma H alternate day. I want to get rid of my medicines is it possible in the long run. Also, the weight was reduced by 10kg in the last 4 months.

I have left side chest back and pain in lumbar thoracic and spine region for almost two year i done all test ecg,echo,lipid all are normal recently i diagonsed by cervical spindylosis ,but iam not satisfied becquse chest back and kamar pain sometime pain shifted to left hand and leg also please see my chest xray normal or not sir/madam

Hello sir/mam, I'm suffering from palpitations from last 1 year., I'm observing that due to palpitations very gradually I'm lossing my weight/ body mass. My latest CBC, thyroid, CT -chest., reports are very normal also appetite is normal...no any other symptoms.. my weight is 42 now before 1 year it was 46.. I'm taking proper nutrition, protein everything in a very well manner.. Should I take meta xl 25 for palpitations issue...? Otherwise please guide me for this

Last year December 2022 i did ecg echo and Tmt for chest pains... evrything came NORMAL and done TMT with 91% Target heart' rate and walked 10 mins with 11 METS SCORE...and its NEGATIVE... NOW I'm still getting pains and breathless ness sometimes... shall i do TMT NOW? DOES one year gap caused blockages? 🙁🙁🙁

Hello sir i wanted to ask that if I can run without any pain in chest for 10 min but if my chest hurts when I was in resting state (like studying), then does pain related to heart or its because of something else. I am a student who spent most of the time sitting on bench. Is it possible to have a heart blockage or problem in heart if I can run without any pain for 10 min

I done ecg and that time iam very anxious ,and my HR at homes normal,except sinus tachardia is it any reason to worry sir /madam please reply iam going to attach ecg and echo report ,ihave left side chest back and pain in lumbar and spine area and sometime oain in also in left hand and left leg and feeling tenderness in the back ,pleade sir look at my ecg and tell that except sinus tachardia is it anything to worry

Hello sir I am 21 years old student, I spent most of my time sitting on my desk, few days ago when I was getting up from desk my left side of chest starts paining I felt like someone is pinching from inside I am little concise whether pain was related to heart or that was just gas I am able to run for 10 min and I never felt any pain or heavyness while running but in resting state sometimes I feel that pain for few seconds or minutes I want to ask is it related to heart should I go for ECG or any other test.

I have pain in the left arm which is moderate. Is t his related to cardiac issues. Can you please suggest if I need to undergo any tests for this
