I have chest pain past couple days with palpitations and sudden pulse rise with little work .. I have done ECG .please tell me whether report is ok or not?

Suffering from diarrhea, fullness and loss of appetite from last two days , what can be caused and is it a matter of concern.

Is CT coronary angiography accurate? My report says it is normal... My TMT test and 2d echo also normal... Should I worry about my health ?

I am having some strong ectopic beats from last month about 5-6 strong thuds in my chest daily. And also some needle like sensation in my whole chest. It makes my anxiety worst. What should I do. I have done 24 hr Holter test and as well as echo, which I have attached. Please help me.

Issue- frequent pain near under arm and heaviness in left chest CT angiogram done -2021, calcium score- zero TMT(2021) and TMT (2023) +ve third stage exercise - both TMTs are almost same. Should I go for some other test? To identify the cause behind my issues.

Hello docs Just a quick question I take Trimetazidine MR 35mg and Bisoprolol 2.5mg once every breakfast. I also have b12 and zinc issues so i take b12 and zinc pills in the afternoon. This is where the problem starts for me. I actually took my breakfast pills on time. However i got busy and got tired and slept and woke up at 10pm. I ended up taking b12 and zinc pills anyway. This is the catch. I am supposed to travel tomorrow morning. Like really early in the morning. And i will be walking a lot. Probably up a slope or stairs. Which means i will take Trimetazidine and Bisoprolol hours earlier than i usually do. Lets say. I take them every 9 to 11am timings. Tomorrow i will be taking them at 6 after a short breakfast. This would've been fine if i didn't take the b12 and zinc meds at 10:30pm of today. I am scared that there would be an interaction which might cause more symptoms then i already do. I get shortness of breath while going upstairs. I get palpitations due to genetic issue.

My BP is 170/71 I am taking tazlock -h in morning n tazlock -40 in night still it is high what shd I doo

I just had a panic attack in my tution centre. I went to ER and they did ECG and gave me Clonezepam 0.5 and Propanalol 20 mg. I am stable now and my resting hear beat is 85 as of now after 3 hours of panic attack. Please doctor check my ECG. I have done my 2d Echo and Holter last month which is normal.

Kindly advise treatment and  precautions for abnormal heart health reports. December  2 , 2023 : HS CRP is 4.06 Lipoprotein A is 57 Twiceshe had sudden rapid heart bits for 10 to 12 minutes, so she fainted(once last year December and once this year September) . She became normal after 30 to 40 minutes. She had severe  hip and waist pain,  so doctor gave pain killer medicines for 15 days and injection for 3 days. It caused extreme weakness.
