Hi doctor, Recently I taken blood test and found following results which have marked non hdl and hdl ratio has high value. I'm software engineer and I've sedentary lifestyle mostly. Normal walking daily. No obesity. BMI is 20. Eating non vegetarian mostly. No smoking n no alcohol habits. No chronic illnesses. So please tell me I'm in critical with results? LIPID PROFILE TOTAL CHOLESTEROL ( OXIDASE/PEROXIDASE) 200 mg/dl TRIGLYCERIDES (GPO/ENZYMATIC) 114 mg/dl HDL CHOLESTEROL - DIRECT (PVS-PEGME Method) 48.6 mg/dl LDL CHOLESTEROL (Calculated) 128.6 mg/dl NON HDL CHOLESTEROL 151.4 VLDL 22.8 CHOL / HDL RATIO 4.12 TGL / HDL RATIO 2.35

Hello I have gone through stress echo 2weeks before and it came normal also tropI as a value 5.8. But I still feel Chest heaviness and left arm pain along with cheeks sensation and jaw pain Any advise please why I have this chest heaviness at the centre like a burden and a stone and left arm heaviness with breathlessness

I am on following medicine since last 14 years. Metolar XR 25 Ecosprin AV 75 Zolfresh 10 mg 1.When I take Metolar xr25 the light Headache begin to start after two hours of taking this medicine during full day. 2.Leg fingers become cold in evening. 3.  Systolic Blood Pressure remains always under 125 and diastolic  remains 75. 4.Annual. Blood Report always comes Normal. 5. Breathing exercises & Brisk Walking are daily in routine. Kindly advice  how light Headache  symptoms after taking Metolar xr25 can be sort out. Thanks.

Dear Sir/Madam, My BP used to be on little bit higer side around 135/86 earlier. In last 3-4 months I have started walking 3-4 km or more on daily basis. Recently I checked my BP, it's in the range of sys (112-125) and dia (65-80). Kindly let me know if there any problem bcz of that the BP is low now or its normal? Thanks.

Hello doctor, there is a pain in my chest and in my backside , especially when I move my body, and there is a pain in my chest , especially when I sleep at night, there is pain in my chest , sometimes there is pain in my chest, and when I sleep, there is pain in my skin. Hello sir If someone's cholesterol level is high, And his coronary artery blockage is unknown, Then is it necessary to have a chest pain while running for 10 min in high speed or not ??

Sir, I hv been diagnosed with lv diastolic dysfunction grade1 in echo with other parameters being all normal. This was done 3 months post mild covid recovery. Ecg was also normal. Previous echos were all normal.My diastolic BP is always high 90-100 while systolic is mostly normal 110-130. Also tinnitus goin on for past 10 months. Is lvdd life threatening? Does it always progress to higher grades? Pliz help

I am unable to figure out if my symptoms are of heart or anxiety. I feel a lot of heavy pressure in the chest area. Feel that my heart is sinking down. I am really paranoid of heart disease, but have bas lifeartle. I also get palpitations I feel tired for most of the day. Yesterday I went out on bus and during the journey I started feeling extremely unwell as if I was getting an attack. I got into the emergency and they did an ECG which was normal. I have had so many ECG done but they all have been fine. Stress done last year was also fine. High bp n obese, but no sugar or cholesterol problem Suffered from OCD and body dysmorphia in the past Thanks for the read. Can you suggest me anything?

Can pulse oximeter tell us about heart attack if it is incoming or not .as in like spo2 pulse pressure or pi can tell us about anything ?
