My father got issues regarding heart on 27th and today we got some reports. Doctor saying it's severe and can't be operated as of now. I am feeling helpless, please guide me. He is in OT. I have attached echo reports.

Since lockdown Im suffering from severe anxiety about my health and during 2021 took full body check up, all came normal. After that I continued with some mild symptoms then and there. Recently Im suffering from high amount of heart related anxiety due to an incident. Now all time Im checking my pulse using oximeter and due to which my heartbeat increases and feeling some muscle twitches, pin point pains, deep breath sharp chest pain and some times random hand pains. This all happens only when Im at rest and not when I walk or do any activity. I dont have any breathing problem. I feel only this anxiety and restlessness since 10 days.

Can I have roti w two times while having high cholesterol. Is it good or bad. Can anyone guide me in this matter.

Hi there. I was on beta blockers like concor and nebi 2.5 for 3 years and noticed significant weight gain. I was suggested by my gp to stop it as my Bp is usually 110 or 120 over 70 or 77. The heart rate is still over 100 when resting. I had done ecgs, blood tests and 2d echo and it was normal. What advice would you give me for the heart rate?
