Heart Problems & Remedies

I am having a squeezing chest pain that comes and goes and today it's more than usual. My pulse rate is also irregular. And I am feeling nauseous, also it feel like I am having gas issues because it passes in between but still my chest feels heavy and tight in the middle and it is spreading to my left side. I don't know what is it, please help.

When I woke up today in morning after that I developed racing heart rate around 170-180 bpm just after waking. I recently did my ECG and echo all were normal I'm anxious. Is this PSVT?

I am feeling fatigue and easily get easily exhausted it happened on 06/01/2024 i came home and was feeling anxious Then I noticed my heartbeat was way faster than normal and my blood is also darker from normal and it's been 3 days since my anxiety is gone but the heartbeat is not coming to normal its still little fast than normal.

I quit smoking few days ago and I'm overweight.  Although I regularly walk in the morning. I've been planning to join the gym. My concern is my heartbeat gets fast and I get tired after an intense workout. Should I wait or just go for it?

Is my ECG normal. I did my routine check after some little palpitations. I have attached my two different ECG'S from separate labs. Echo has done in November which was normal.

Hi, my son is 14 month old now with vsd.. He was born at 33 week 1 day with: Birth weight 1.928kg. Current weight :8.2 kg vsd size in 2 week : 4mm Current vsd size: 9 mm Symptom: asymptomatic No symptoms, child is very active and gaining weight, no breathing issue and milestones are achieved properly. We went to 2 doctors for opinion. One doc suggested for wait and watch since there is no symptom and no , other suggested to get operate before 18 month. we are confused wether to go for surgery now or we should wait..since child is very small and it is difficult to cooperate. Please suggest what we should do next.. Report is attached..

This is my BP and heart rate after taking losartan 25MG for almost 6 months. Both ratings are 10 minutes apart, earlier used to stay quite high. Even at home, it would be mostly 150/90 or 140/90., there is some improvement but still I am not at normal levels. Please tell me how long will it take for the BP to normalise

Hello, I am 34 year male. I have severe anxiety attack issues. Recently I have been diagnosed with High Blood Pressure. All my blood reports are normal. I am consuming blood pressure medication for the last seven days and mostly when I am not stressed, I am ok, but when the  anxiety attack happens, the blood pressure shoots up again. What should I do?

I WANNA PLAY SPORTS, GO TO GYM AND LIVE a LIFE LIKE OTHERS BUT THIS CARDIO FEAR IS VERY DISTURBING ME... yesterday i read a 20 yrs old guy dead doing Gym and its making me panick again 😞😞 now I'm scared to do excercise 😞😞 WHAT SHOULD I DO TO GET OFF THIS FEAR? MY CARDIOLOGIST DOCTOR IS REFERING ME TO PSYCHIATRIST AND HE is GIVING ME SSRI'S AND SLEEPING PILLS BUT MY FEAR IS NOT GOING 😞😞 IT'S BEEN 5 YEARS I'M LIKE THIS 😞 EVERYDAY IS A STRUGGLE... what should I do 😞 Im not living well with this fear...shall i do an angiogram to check for blocks?😞 my doctor said no need because TMT is negative with 10 Mets 😞😞 and also I'm not having any symptoms except everyday fear 😞😞😞

Dear sir/ Madam I am suffering from chest pain not regularly since four years. Three years back checked all the tests. Like TMT ECHO ECG AND BLOOD TEST TROPININ I AND T and all the reports were normal. Endoscopy shows GERD GRADE A . Recently checked lipid profile it says triglycerides 224 hdl 29 and others were normal.  I have anxiety problem also and sinus Barcardiya resting heart rate before food 50 to 55 Please suggest should I recheck my heart
