I undergone annual routine check up for my office health policy. This is my ecg. Is this normal?? Thank you🙏

I was having dizziness from past week and my mean BP over the past week was 110/65. When I went to emergency my heart beat raised due to suffocation there, and it was 110 during ECG and when I reached home it setteled to 80bmp. They did an ECG , which I have attached. Please doctor, is my ECG normal.

Dear Doctors, Today I observed the left side one second on and off small niddle pain observed near the heart and immediately I take the ECG with nearest lab. Please Check the ECG. IS there any abnormality.

2 years back i got my lipid test 2 years back LDL = 70 HDL = 50 and TRIGLYCERIDES= 70 and yesterday i done test again for casual purpose... LDL = 184 HDL= 48 ... my LDL become 70 to 180...how it's possible this much increase with in two years? or this is just a LAB ERROR? OR SHALL I DO TEST AGAIN OR START CONSIDERING TAKING STATIN? I'M male 25 yrs height 6 feet and weight 70 kg and no family hyper cholesterol issue all my family has normal levels cholesterol... report attached please give your opinion
