Patient Age 61 years; Diabetic from 12 years SEVERE TVD WITH DIABETES Male, 61 My father is having severe TVD, CAD, LAD Blockage with over 80 percent blockage in heart vessels. He is diabetic from past 12 years. He is having global severe hypokinesia of left ventricle. His  heart pumping rate/EF is equal to 40. Can I know what treatment is best for him. What should he undergo Shall he undergo stenting or CABG and why and why not

Hii I have attached my ecg report please have a look, today I was having bit pain in my left jaw and my pulse was high like 135 for hours ,it was 128 to 133 between , no chest pain ,but I was feeling restless, I thought if it is heart attack, so I went to hospital got my ecg done , my BP was also high like 140 to 150, normal days it comes within range..I have current health issue ,B12 deficiency vitamin d deficiency anemia low hemoglobin thyroid prediabitic, my question is do I have any heart issues or blood clot I have swelling also on my left leg thigh since 20 days . I did consult Ortho I did X-ray but nothing came in report doctor gave me medicine painkillers for this but still swelling is same please guide me. Have some headaches since 20 days in right side taking medicine for that is relief but sharing all my current health issues.hopefully I get response I m feeling very restless.

I did my tests recently, and my homocysteine levels are a bit high they are expected to be below 15 mine is 25 which comes under mild hyperhomocysteinemia...is it problematic?

I had dizziness last week and the light head and slowly it reduced . Feeling less now. I also had digestion issues in this week.
