Is it important to keep your heart rate below 80 during CT coronaey angio.. i am obese person n my resting heart rate is usually between 80 to 90.. when I will go to hospital for test, it is impossible that my heart rate will be below 90.. even if they give me beta-blocker, the overall stress and the contrast will shoot the heart rate.. so if it happens, then will the lab do my test? I also have anxiety and the thought that I have to keep my heart low will actually have the reverse effect. So please tell me if CT angiogram can be done in fast heart rate with some latest machine. And can I take ciplar 40 before the test

I'm continuously taking first concor 2.5 and then nebi 2.5 since 2021. My Bp is 117/70. I used to not get proper sleep but now I do get proper sleep and cardio exercise. I've noticed significant weight gain ever since i started to take these medicines. I am 5 10 and currently 103 kgs. Is there a chance to come off this medicine?

Recently I went to a doctor and had my bp checked there it cam 180/100 but in home when I check it it comes normal then I also had my lipid profile done and showed it to the doc he wrote me medicine rosuvas 20.i wanted to know if it is necessary to take the medicine or it can be self treated and also I haven't had any bp medication before and doctor has also wrote a medicine for my bp should I take it

(1) Can these blockages and plaques be treated with medications or angioplasty is the only option, also does plaques require different procedure for removal? (2) How severe is this condition? (3) If angioplasty is required how early should it be done?
