Good morning sir, i am 36 year old male, today i had chest pain in left side and strong neck and shoulder pain left side, i took ecg and its shows deepend Q wave , sinus rhythm. Presently i m a non drinker, 3 months back i drinking heavyly beer about 2 bottles per day, in that time my bp was 160/ 110. Aftee that i stop drinking.. today my bp is 128/ 80 , i never had bp medicines, bp decrease its self after quiting alcohol... now i am worried about my today ECG REPORT. DEEPENED Q WAVE LEAD III, SINUS RHYTHM.. is there any issue or need more test sir ? PLEASE HELP ME

If a person's heart healthy still he or she can get cardiac arrest? What are the preventive tests those can be done to check if the heart is working fine?

Hi all my age is 28yrs , In 2021 I got covid and I recovered within a month but after that I faced many issues like anxiety palpitations indigestion post nasal blockage but gradually I recovered well from all of these issues but still sometimes I am facing palpitations issue when I lift heavy objects and doing heavy work like that. So here my question is due to anxiety issues I got obsese and now I want to join Gym but am getting fear to go for Gym as many people not recommending to go as it causing heart attacks and cardiac arrest issues for many covid patients.so can I go for Gym or doing walk is better recommend for me please suggest and advise for me. Note: due to these doubts of my heart condition I tested for ecg for many times , 2d echo,TMT all were very fine .

Hi! I am an anxiety patient .From last two months I am suffering from heart palpation sometimes it seems like my heart flutter and it skips beat.I visited heart specialist today .He did ECG and ECO.He said," report is ok and according to the report your anxiety level is very high".He prescribed me Bocker 40 ER and fluxtree M .both 1/2 two times a day.I have attached my ECG and eco report .please check.thx

Please explain the medication times. It says to take till one month. So should i just stop taking it after one month?

I'm having symptoms like racing heart,mild chest pain,sometimes difficulty in breathing..In July also echo had shown the same  thing I.e, Pericardial Effusion. Are Tachycardia and Pericardial Effusion related? Please tell me what to do for the issue mentioned in report... Kindly help

My heart beat is racing suddenly...and it lasts for half an hour... ECG is done...It is normal... Dr. prescribed me clona fit beta tablet...but of no use... Please suggest any medication...or what to do..
