Tall.guy priveously I'm 110 kg weight by doing running 8 km in morning every day without any 1 single b0reak is it ok and running 11 km eve0ryday is it good for heart ❤️ health Doing dieting and zyming 2 times I lost my weight Now I'm 78 kg according to u what will be it my actual weight And it is ok to run 8 km every morning and 3 km in the evening Completing every day 20000 tk steps And eating boiled food with 2 multigrain atta roti in lunch with salad and night same with boiled white egg Is it ok to run 8 km. In morning without any break ⁰

I have done all tests and every test is normal. Kindly tell me attached test is normal. I just want to know about this test result. Thankyou I have intrusive thoughts and I am always worried about everything.

Today i noticed that my heart rate had spiked to 160 and 205 for few seconds and immediately after that the reading was 85. I take telma 40 and ciplar 10 lonazep 0.5 and sertaline 50 mg . I do feel palpitations at times . Ecg and echo were normal in june . Can it be a false reading on apple watch . Please suggest . Thankyou
