Heart Problems & Remedies

I have recently been to the ER almost 4 times over the last 6 months, my concerns have been chest pain followed by palpitations and vice versa. My tropnoin levels were less than 2. My doctor completed a stress test, ecg, 2D echo and everything came back normal. My blood work is also normal, with slightly high HDL. I have also completed - 24 hour holter test, and it came with no abnormality. Now i have headaches, and dizziness and pins and needles across my arms and legs. I am unsure if these are anxiety related symptoms (or something sinister). Thanks for your assistance with this.

Hi sir, am 30 years old male non diabetic and non hypertensive, my lipid profile is  also normal but am smoker ,i smoke three or two in a day, am having chest pain from 22 months i took number of EKGs, 2d echos and 10 tmts but still it was paining so i went for ct coronary angiography  which was normal no blocks are present but still my chest and left arm back pains,what will be the cause of pain sir  and please tell me how many days it will take for an artery to get significant bloackage?? Please help me sir

At one point of time I was having Vymada 200x1 and Vymada 100x1 and after 1 month my lvef increased from 32 to 42, doctor made it 200 x 2 ( last Feb) but after few days once I was fainted due to sudden reduction of BP. Till now doctor is sticking with vymada 50 x2 with one verquvo 5 daily. My pressure is normal continuously, can I make it Vymada 100mg x2 as the doctor is sick for very long time. I feel I need enhancement of power. Can you please suggest?

Hello Doctor, My grandma who is around 80years old had a fracture at pelvis and needs to undergo a surgery and the surgical profile has been done. It looks like the attached 2D Echo report has some problem. Could you please help me understand how severe is the problem and what would be the risk level for her to go for a surgery. She also has ILD issue which was detected a few days back, her left lung is completely non functional and right lung is only 50% functional. Thanks.

Since 2005, almost every year I have had ECGs, echo and TMT that can normal. Till 2014, I had panic attacks, took medicines and got over it. I had ECGs, echo done in Sept, 23, TMT in November, 23 and ECG, echo done today as well on 19 Jan,24. All came normal. Since last 3 days, I am having heaviness and sharp pain in chest usually when I get up from sleep. Doctor says could be spasm in oesophagus. Many cardiologists have said it's 95 to 99 % it is not heart related still why I have these episodes where my chest hurts and have palpitations? I had even gone for angiography at Medanta, but the Director Cardiology there, who is also former head cardiology PGI Lucknow said it's not required as 99.9% he is sure test would come normal. Should I take daily aspirin? Please guide as I feel helpless and am scared of dying at 50. I haven't done anything worth in my life yet.

My bp is sudden high due to bad lifestyle in last 3 months. it went up from 130/90 to 155/100 doctor suggested me telma 40 i insist him to give me telma 20 but he refused please suggest 1. Its good to start with 40 mg initially(i never took bp medicine before)? 2. Do i need to take this medicine lifetime or i can stop them gradually in future?(with doc advise) please answer above 2 queries..thanks in advance
