(1) Is atherectomy a common procedure and a hospital which performs angioplasty can perform the same procedure if required? (2) Does diffuse plaque require atherectomy procedure?

Requesting your opinion on my ECG.. yesterday night, I felt uneasy and fast heart rate. I think I was too tired but still I got the ECG done today morning. I am feeling better but just to rule out any problem.

From last 4 years timely I feel pain in shoulder left and armpit region pain ,in 2019 my MRI reveal about C5 C6 prolapse, yesterday I did ECG echo TROPNIN I KFT CBC all test are normal but triglycerides and cholesterol is high so doctor prescribed me Atorlip f After taking Atorlip f my shoulder and armpit region pain 100%gone , I want to know is this pain is heart related or cervical

My father has some mild breathing trouble while walking on slope and no other symptoms apart from that. He had mild attack in 1998 and since then he has healthy food habits and walking. Fyi he is also diabetic. Attached the echo and please let me know if he needs angiogram.

Hi doctor I am having bp and palpitations and anxiety from past 10 years. Neuro Doctor prescribed me metxl 50mg daily one. I am taking it from 2014 to 2022. Two years back due to palpitations cardiologist changed my tablet metxl 50 to inderal la 20 morning one night one. Now no palpitations but 2022 onwards I am feeling tired, fatigue and pain in calf muscles I felt that this fatigue was due to long COVID bcoz the same month I changed to inderal  got covid. Pls advice literative to inderal la. Or shall I go back to metxl 50 daily once. Recently GP told that morning telma40 and night inderal la 20 for few days

6 weeks old diagnosed with 7 mm vsd and high pah Doctor has asked to wait till 3 months and told it may require surgery Will PAH cause any sudden issue during the wait period She is currently taking furoped

My BP at home is usually in range of 118/90-112/88 in an upright position where as when lying down its usually 112/75-111/80 is this normal or hypertension?

I used to have pain in upper left arm and sometimes it used to become numb other symptoms included shortness of breath and sometimes heavy chest then I went to visit a cardiologist he suggested me to do an ECG and it showed abnormal ECG with mild right deviation, what does ut mean and is it a matter of concern?
