My father was having chest pain for 3-4 days . He checked blood pressure it was 150/100 (earlier he was not having bp) then he consulted a doctor next day he had 145/95 bp doctor have done some tests ecg and tropnin ecg showed extreme trachardiya and slight ST T abnormality in V3 V4 V5 V6 tropnin was normal Please tell ecg is normal or not , he is worried about ecg and now he has bp some times  135/90 , 140/95 like this he is going with bp medicines Now tell what to do he should go with endoscopy or medicines should go on

Hi ! My father has diagnosed with bypass surgery on January 2023 After one year medication doctor suggested to take 2D echo still my father LVEF 38% Before surgery LVEF 40% Is there diet to increase LVEF ? Or else with these 40% life expectancy is better or not

Actually i am very anxious about heart issues and keep on thinking about it always, even every second. Due to news of young people dying of heart failure. I have underwent every test like ecg echo and tmt. Reports are attached. But i feel troubled every time. This fear never goes out of mind. I feel flutteting in left arm which comes and goes. Sometimes i feel left arm is slightly tight. I can't even sleep well due to this thing. Please guide

We did his lipid profile and found out that his HDL is 31 (shows higher risk for heart problems) wherein the desired range is above 40. Pls advise is it too much to worry or the lifestyle changes can still be helpful

I am suffering from high anxiety . Regular panic attacks without any reason . Heart rate goes up to 150 . Bp 130/90- 130/105 . Doctor prescribed met xl 25 and plancid plus and has concluded that its anxiety.Still having lot of anxiety and sweating while sleeping . Attaching my ecg also. Please suggest something
