Hello. I have had symptoms of Mixed Anxiety and Depressive Disorder for years now. I solved my heart's constant misdiagnosis after finally getting diagnosed with Brugada Syndrome after constant symptoms. At the same time bisoprolol manages POTS symptoms. However, the depression was always there. I have been prescribed Daxid 25mg( Sertraline Tablets I.P). Will it interact with my already existing condition and medication(Concor cor 2.5mg once after breakfast and Nervihenz for b12 in the afternoon). Thank you.

I was doing a bit exercise and suddenly during rest i feel ringing like feeling in my ear. Similar to that we feel in aircraft. It sometimes happen with me. Once or twice in a week. Google showed that this might be due to blocked arteries or high bp. This has made me very worried. Please help. I didn't face any pain or breathlessness but the feeling in ear was very strange and sudden.

I experience pain in left and some times in middle chest too which comes and goes. It is not continuous but happens frequently. With God's grace i am not having any issue in climbing stairs, running etc. but this pain makes me anxious and cause trouble. And this heart related thing has strucked in my mind and i keep on thinking about this only, every second. Reported are uploaded. TMT test was done in nov 2023 and was negative. What to do. The pain is coming frequently, it goes as fast it come. It has occupied my mind completely.

Can escitaloprám increase blood pressure? I have been taking Nexito LS since 10 days and suddenly my pressure is high. However I was taking Nexito Plus before and my blood pressure was alright.

Hi , from last 1 week my resting heart rate is close to 100, earlier it was 70. I take Inderal 10mg Every night from last 1 year. What could be reason for sudden spike in Beats. This was shown in my Apple watch and from last 1 year this is the first time it has shown increase inspite of Inderal 10mg. Am 88kg, Bp 125/90, Sugar fasting 110, ppbs 180, 3months back ECG, echo normal. Non smoker. I have a boil in my but from last 5 days not sure if any significance to this.

Hello. I take Trimetazidine and Bisoprolol as my primary meds every morning. I am getting a diabetes and lipid profile test tomorrow morning. Including b12. Am i supposed to prepare anything in particular? Should i take my meds today? Will they affect my test report?

Hi doctor, is it ok to sweat especially during night post pacemaker surgery? Or is it a concern? He has High BP too, rescently found out
