Hello Doctor, Yesterday my father had a basic full body scan from a diagnostic centre. They gave this for the echo and ECG. Can any one provide the information for the impression we got in the result. And it mentioned EF is 45% Thanks in advance

Hi sir am 29 years old suffering from chest pain from 22 months,I took number of ECGs and did number of echos and tmt but it didn't satisfy me so I went for ct angiography which showed technically satisfactory study but also am having pain even after ct angiography I underwent ECGs and echos all are normal but still am having pain so I took another ECG which showed borderline ECG so please tell me about my pain and ECG

Or need to see cardiologist?

Having slight shoulder pain when I am not doing any work but it goes when I start workout Ecg , echo normal and cholesterol is 145 Is it serious problem?

I sometimes feel slight chest discomfort and pain in middle of chest. Ecg, echo, tmt, trop t every thing is done. I also have very much fear of heart issue. Just know i have ran for 600 mts and my bpm just after completing running was 192-194 bpm. Didn't face any difficulty as such. But someone asked me to go for ct angiography and it is making me more panicked and anxious. Cant anything be concluded from these tests. Tmt and echo were done in may and tmt was negative. Echo had ejection fraction as 60. Reports are attached. I am having sleepless nights and worried days.
