Hi sir am 29 years old suffering from chest pain from 22 months,I took number of ECGs and did number of echos and tmt but it didn't satisfy me so I went for ct angiography which showed technically satisfactory study but also am having pain even after ct angiography I underwent ECGs and echos all are normal but still am having pain so I took another ECG which showed borderline ECG so please tell me about my pain and ECG

I have cold sensation on my left chest + when I exercise it is gone and when I sleep it comes back again same with my shoulder pain I sometimes have weird pain in shoulder when resting and goes when exercising I have done my ecg and echo it is normal I used to have discomfort near chest too doctor said me that the muscles near chest are streched (or may be musculoskeletal pain) cholesterol test were also okay but ldl was 149

Can propranol/metaprol and fluxovamine be taken together? I have fast heartrate and I was prescribed the beta-blocker for sometime. Then I got diagnosed with OCD as well so I was put on fluxovamine and tofisospam.. I read many online sources that fluxovamine n beta blockers together are a big no.. my gp who prescribed the medicine did not listen to my concern.. so can any cardiologist advise me about the same and also suggest me if there is any interaction between fluxovamine and losartan?

I am feeling joints pain from last 2 years , my rhumatologist prescribing me duloxitine and pregab D , i am continuously taking anti anxiety medicine from last 2 year , doctor changes time to time I have also taken placida for long time ,zedip 25 mg Symbal 20 mg , My ech echo tmt tropnin I KFT all is normal ,bp remains normal,sugar normal , but my cholesterol and triglycerides always remain high 236 and 316 My diet habits are too controlled, no packed food I eat , simple pure vegetarian Still my lipids always elevated , and fatty liver 2 grade I am on atorlip f when I take this tablet liver enzymes increases What should I do

Hi my mom has high BP and is on medication and has a weight of 60kg and age 57 now. Her TMT, ECG are normal and Echo ( mild wall thickening of 12mm). 1 year back we did CT Angiography it also shows normal then why her NTPROBNP is deranged. Her troponin was elevated for a while when she was traveling and it was 700 and never went up and then went normal and Non of the doctors was able to find it out. What should I do next and what is the reason her NTPROBNP is high.
