I am using cardirose-10 since 2 years, now my cholesterol is normal. I forgot to take cardirose-10 since 7days, what will happen? Is it dengerous?

I am a 20 year old male with a height of 5.3feet and a weight of 68kg. I have recently noticed that I experience light chest heaviness after lifting heavy objects. Additionally, i have observed a sudden rise in my heart rate when i change my posture, such as when i stand up from a sitting position. I am also physically inactive and have not been following a regular exercise routine. These symptoms have been concerning me, and i would appreciate your guidance on what steps i should take next. I am particularly interested in understanding if these symptoms could be related to any underlying health conditions and what lifestyle i can make to improve my health.

Dear Sir/Mam I did echo and it shows normal and did ECG 5 times and shows normal sinus rhythm but whenever I check to my pulse oximeter it always shows that 120 bpm and never comes down below 95 bpm,when I come from outside sometimes it shows 115-120 or when I wake up after sleepnit shows 95-100,So do I need to take any medicine sir/mam,I am so much of worried, kindly reply me in details plz sir/mam Thank you

Can you please have a look at my ECG. The written report says normal sinus rhythm but non-specific ST abnormality elevation. Is the machine finding of any relevance? Please note that I have had a normal eco just two weeks back. My BP was higher.

Greetings! In morning when I wake up then I check my bp It is always normal. No matter how many times I check the BP will be between 110-120/80-85.. but when I go out, then the BP increases and I feel the symptoms.. sometimes restlessness and uneasiness.. I am already on medication- losartan... please tell me how can I reduce my bp when I am outside my home or in hospital
