This is my father chest x ray age 58 High bp Take medicine High eosinophils, ace, ige ECG Echocardiogram normal Symptom cronic smokers cough like sound cough dry and productive Is this x ray Aortic khob portion, hilar portion is normal or enlarged ? Or something else ??

When I sit in squat position I feel chest discomfort. Also, I have tingling sensation in my feet with leg cramps. Sometimes I feel like coughing and slight difficulty in breathing as well. Please suggest next course of action.

My mother aged 66 yrs was perfectly healthy a few days ago. Her blood pressure was absolutely normal but suddenly her blood pressure rose to 174/105(Measured by Omron digital meter). Her blood pressure have been frequently measured 2 twice a day nd sometimes 165/100 and sometimes 179/105. She right now is not under any medicine. She is non diabetic. What should I do?

I have this weird sensation like... Something has moved in my throat for a fraction of second. Or something is knocking gently. I am afraid weather it's because of heart or something. I feel very anxious as I am unaware of what's happening. First incident happend in Sep,2021. After that it happens atleast once a day. My observations: 1. It happens mostly 95% only in sitting position. 2. After such incident, sometimes I get a big burp. 3. It only happens after I have my first meal in the morning and 90% in office hours.
