Hello Doctor, My grandma who is around 80years old had a fracture at pelvis and needs to undergo a surgery and the surgical profile has been done. It looks like the attached 2D Echo report has some problem. Could you please help me understand how severe is the problem and what would be the risk level for her to go for a surgery. She also has ILD issue which was detected a few days back, her left lung is completely non functional and right lung is only 50% functional. Thanks.

Since 2005, almost every year I have had ECGs, echo and TMT that can normal. Till 2014, I had panic attacks, took medicines and got over it. I had ECGs, echo done in Sept, 23, TMT in November, 23 and ECG, echo done today as well on 19 Jan,24. All came normal. Since last 3 days, I am having heaviness and sharp pain in chest usually when I get up from sleep. Doctor says could be spasm in oesophagus. Many cardiologists have said it's 95 to 99 % it is not heart related still why I have these episodes where my chest hurts and have palpitations? I had even gone for angiography at Medanta, but the Director Cardiology there, who is also former head cardiology PGI Lucknow said it's not required as 99.9% he is sure test would come normal. Should I take daily aspirin? Please guide as I feel helpless and am scared of dying at 50. I haven't done anything worth in my life yet.

My bp is sudden high due to bad lifestyle in last 3 months. it went up from 130/90 to 155/100 doctor suggested me telma 40 i insist him to give me telma 20 but he refused please suggest 1. Its good to start with 40 mg initially(i never took bp medicine before)? 2. Do i need to take this medicine lifetime or i can stop them gradually in future?(with doc advise) please answer above 2 queries..thanks in advance

Patient Age 61 years; Diabetic from 12 years SEVERE TVD WITH DIABETES Male, 61 My father is having severe TVD, CAD, LAD Blockage with over 80 percent blockage in heart vessels. Hii I have attached my ecg report please have a look, today I was having bit pain in my left jaw and my pulse was high like 135 for hours ,it was 128 to 133 between , no chest pain ,but I was feeling restless, I thought if it is heart attack, so I went to hospital got my ecg done , my BP was also high like 140 to 150, normal days it comes within range..I have current health issue ,B12 deficiency vitamin d deficiency anemia low hemoglobin thyroid prediabitic, my question is do I have any heart issues or blood clot I have swelling also on my left leg thigh since 20 days . I did consult Ortho I did X-ray but nothing came in report doctor gave me medicine painkillers for this but still swelling is same please guide me. Have some headaches since 20 days in right side taking medicine for that is relief but sharing all my current health issues.hopefully I get response I m feeling very restless.

I did my tests recently, and my homocysteine levels are a bit high they are expected to be below 15 mine is 25 which comes under mild hyperhomocysteinemia...is it problematic?
