Can trop t test be positive other than heart damage? My trop t was 3 so I've done echo test 2 times and it was normal.

My age is 59 diabetic . Angiography report says i ve 3 blockages and doctor told me to doCABG. First first he gave some medicine like ASPIRIN 75, ATORVA 80, CLOPIDOGREL, SORBIRAK 2.6, METXL 50, DYTOR PLUS, NIKORANDIL 5 , HF TRIL 50, PANtodac. Im attaching the report of angiography and others .

Hello, I'm 35years old and my weight is 45 kgs. Recently I have done a preventive health checkup and found out that Lipoprotein A is 32.4 mg/dl Total cholesterol,LDL HDL are whitin limits (142, 77,& 54 respectively) HbA1c is 4.7, HB is 11, Bilirubin (indirect 1.24) (total 1.49) I'm worried about lipoprotein. Pls guide.

My sister is having infrequently pain in her chest and left hand area. We consulted with general physician and she mentioned that it is normal gas or acidity related issues. We have done an ECG separately. Could you please have a look and see if there is any cardiology related issues.

If CT angiogram is normal , how many more years holds good for any heart issues. Is there any possibility to get heart attack or cardiac arrest if ct angiogram is normal.

Since three days i have chest discomfort , breathlessness and severe fatigue. Yesterday I had checked my sugar level it was 309 in morning and 313 in evening. Doctor gave me pantop injection and RL iv with polybion but didn't get any relief. I am sending my ecg kindly see and advice please.

Respect doctors. My angiography reports says blocked valve. Doctor told me to do bypass surgery bcuz angioplasty did not work in my case. Im afraid a lot about surgery. Im diabetic. Bypass surgery is safe ? Im attaching the reports!

1 year ago I had a panic attack and my heart beat was very fast. My trop t level was 3 that day. Since that day I'm having palpitations problems. I have done echo test 2 times, 1 TMT test and a 24 hrs holter monitoring from govt hospital and private clinic. All of these tests are normal and I've taken anxiety medicine for one month. Its better than before because now I know how I can control when palpitations starts. But when I start excercise then my heartbeats are so strong, I feel like something punching in my chest inside and due that I get scared and couldn't continue. Just want to know if there is any problem and still I should check it with any test. Palpitations occurs only when there is gas issue or exercising. Rest heatbeat is 50-80.
