Hi I'm having irregular heart rate some times it's above 100 sometimes it's 88 I'm doing relaxation techniques breathing to lower my heart rate but it's not reducing i checked with cardiologist and undergone echo Doppler TMT and holter monitoring all reports came normal and he told it's due to rotacapusule medicine which I'm taking for my wheezing from 5 years my question is why heart rate not reducing if I do relaxation techniques also I'm not taking astma medicine daily then also it's not reducing plz suggest

Hi, Today I felt a sudden superfast heartbeat when I woke up suddenly after alarm waked me up. At that time my heart was literally beating too fast and I am feeling pounding sensation at my heart place. Then I suddenly lying at bed then it got down. Another thing I noticed is my heartbeat is going at resting level even while sitting or standing for a while. Is it anything to worry ?
